Fido Stock FetcherPrivacy Policy

Terms of Service

Effective September 27, 2026 · WeFixItTech, LLC, a Florida limited liability company
The short version. Fido is research and discovery software. It is not investment advice, not a broker, and not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Every trading decision is yours. Trading involves risk of loss, including loss of everything you put in. If you connect a brokerage account, orders go to your broker under your account and your responsibility.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and WeFixItTech, LLC ("WeFixItTech," "we," "us"), which operates Fido Stock Fetcher and the websites fidoscreen.com, fidofetcher.com and buyfido.us (together, "Fido" or the "Service"). By requesting beta access, creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Fido is — and is not

Fido is software that scans public and licensed market information, researches individual securities, and presents what it finds, including catalysts, filings, float, volume, spread, risk flags and a possible trade plan. Fido's output is produced by automated systems, including artificial-intelligence models, and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong.

Fido is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security. Research labels such as "passes," "fails," scores, classifications and plans describe the output of Fido's checks; they are not a statement that a trade is suitable for you or will be profitable. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and for verifying any information before acting on it.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@fidoscreen.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not share an account or resell access.

4. Beta access

Beta access is offered free of charge for a limited period and may be extended, limited or ended at any time. Beta features are experimental, may change or be removed, and may contain errors. We may contact you about your experience and about Fido's launch. Beta access does not guarantee future access or pricing.

5. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown when you subscribe (the Fido Basic plan is currently US$129 per month). Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card or bank details.

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial months. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next billing period after the notice, and you may cancel before it takes effect. Taxes, if any, are your responsibility.

Plan features are described at the time of purchase. The Fido Basic plan includes research features and order staging with a supported broker; it does not include Auto-Trade or futures/perpetuals features.

6. Brokerage connections and orders

Fido can connect to a brokerage account you hold with a supported broker (currently Robinhood and Interactive Brokers). When you connect an account, you authorize Fido to read account information needed for the features you use and to submit orders that you create or confirm. You authorize connections through the broker's own authorization process; Fido does not ask for your broker password.

Orders placed through Fido are placed in your account with your broker, and your broker's agreements, fees, rules and execution practices apply. Fido is not your broker and does not hold, receive or move your money or securities. Orders may be delayed, rejected, partially filled, filled at a different price, or fail, including because of market conditions, broker or network outages, or errors in Fido. You are responsible for every order in your account and for monitoring your positions. You can disconnect a broker at any time from your account or at the broker.

7. Auto-Trade

Where offered on your plan, Auto-Trade lets Fido place and exit orders automatically, without asking you before each order, within limits you set. Auto-Trade is off unless you switch it on after accepting its separate risk disclosure. Automated trading can lose money quickly, can behave unexpectedly, and can continue to act during outages or errors. You remain responsible for all resulting trades and for switching Auto-Trade off.

8. Market data and third-party content

The Service displays data and content from third parties, including exchanges, regulators (such as the SEC and FINRA), market-data providers, brokers and news sources. That content belongs to its owners, may be delayed or inaccurate, and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute it. Links to third-party sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the Service or its output; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the Service's source code, models or methods; interfere with or overload the Service; access it by automated means except as we allow; use it to violate any law or regulation, including securities laws and market-manipulation rules; or use it on behalf of others as an investment adviser or signal service.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, names and logos, is owned by WeFixItTech, LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service under these Terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

11. Risk disclosure

Trading securities, especially low-priced, low-float and fast-moving stocks, involves substantial risk, including the loss of all money invested. Past, simulated or paper results do not guarantee future results. Research, scores and plans can be wrong. Only trade money you can afford to lose. The in-app risk disclosure you accept on first login forms part of these Terms.

12. No warranty

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, AVAILABILITY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any information is accurate or complete.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEFIXITTECH, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR MISSED OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR US$100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeFixItTech, LLC from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trades, or your breach of these Terms or of law.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Sections 2, 6, 8 and 10–16 survive termination.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
